How
long can I travel in Myanmar?
Tourist visas are valid for 28 days. For a longer stay you need to renew
your tourist visa outside the country or pay a fine of
3.00$ for each day you overstay. You pay this at the Immigration
counter of the airport upon departure.
Where do I get my Visa?
Tourist visa for Myanmar can be obtained from any Myanmar
Embassy or Consulate world-wide. You must have a passport
of at least 6 months validity with available visa pages.
You can ask for an application form from the Embassy. For
those who live in a country where there is no Myanmar Embassy
and Consulate General office or for those who are travelling
and have no time to apply for a visa, a visa on arrival
can be arranged.

Magnificent
Coastal Shorelines, Lakes, Forests in a
Rich Cultural Experience

restless for change. Myanmar has plenty of wonders for the
eye--sinuous, life-giving rivers, lush mountain forests,
and intricately-drawn cities.
